International Business and Foreign Affairs
A typical project is an assessment of the quality-of-life orientation of business executives (particularly marketing executives) and corporate culture of a multinational corporation in its international business dealings. The focus is on examining the extent to which a given multinational corporation has a corporate culture conducive of serving the various needs of its stakeholders without creating adverse effects in host foreign companies. Based on this assessment, a specific training program is developed to sensitize corporate executives about QOL issues and how to meet the QOL needs of the various stakeholders.
